A wide array of goodies for breakfast. The really friendly and best staff working throughout the hotel. Location close to beaches, restaurants and shops, and the pubs:)))
A bit tired bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at this venue. The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach. I also loved being in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff here were amazing and really went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room had everything I needed and more, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a balcony. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, as was the Jacuzzi.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

Good location, great spa
We paid extra for the penthouse apartment. There was a blind missing, tiles falling off in the bathroom, austar didn't work and the apartment had a staircase leading to reception, didn't feel very comfortable or private especially as you had to pass the stair case in a hallway between the bedroom and bathroom. For the extra price we paid it was not worth it. Staff barely spoke English and when we asked them how to work the Austar they told us there were instructions in the guest book, we explained that we had already read these but they didn't work. She then told us we would need to call the manager to have him explain it. As guests this should have been something the staff did, nt something we should have to do.

Recommended and suitable for any occasion, except winter. The chalet itself can't have proper heat insulation during winter due to its nature of the wooden material and design. Anyway, it is good place to stay for few days.

Had a comfortable stay, the hotel is beautiful.
The rooms were budget and tidy with multiple bathrooms. I had an excellent view of the ocean from my window. Location: the hotel was close to all cafe, restaurants and shops are located, restaurants and shopping strip.

We arrived at nearly midnight. Reception was closed, but there was friendly message for us on the door telling us which Vila was ours. They'd left the light on and the key in the door. The radio was playing quietly when we got in. The place was spotless, but very cozy. The kitchen was huge and well equipped, I wish I'd stayed longer to cook some meals. The spa was large. The loft upstairs with the two extra beds was nice and next time I stay there I'll take advantage of them. The location was perfect, right on the south edge of town. Amazing for the price.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in a quieter area of Apollo Bay. The location was perfect, situated between two beautiful beaches and just a short walk from the beachfront. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with a heater provided in both the main living space and the second bedroom with bunk beds. The breakfast offered was also delicious and provided great value for money.
The lack of an additional toilet/bath in the accommodation. This meant that if someone was using the spa, no one else could use the toilet, which was a little inconvenient.

These self-contained villas were really beautiful, comfortable and well-kept. A lovely place, for a relaxing holiday for family and friends.
The aggressive tone adopted by the receptionist in spelling out the house rules, and in addressing the confusion relating to payment details - this spoilt the good start to our stay, in what would have been a great holiday for our group.

Nearby there's a beach, cool restaurants, and cafes to check out. 🏖️ Plus, you've got a nice walk by the water just a stone's throw away from this place.

the self contained units, the access to the BBQ. Nice location, easy to walk to the beaches
it was very expensive for what one got. Even though the units were self contained, one does expect a tidy up at least when staying at a hotel and paying this kind of money
